From December 1st to December 15, Oudeis invites you to the new edition of the Rencontres des arts numériques, électroniques et médiatiques. This year, Manuel Fadat was intrusted with the video programm.

The artists Allora & Calzadilla (USA, Cuba) have created the video Returning a Sound in 2004, in order to celebrate the end of missile testings run by the American army in the island of Vieques (Porto Rico). This event was politically expressed through a particular association: a trumpet was attached to the pipe of a motorcycle, thereby producing  sounds changing with the accelerations, reminding both the sound of victory and of alarm, of a siren, an alarm-clock, and of war.

The videos are played from Monday to Friday from 3 to 7 pm.
