Intellectual property

You acknowledge that the present Site and its contents are legally protected in the application of the law concerning intellectual property, and you undertake to respect all regulations of intellectual property, and in particular, trade-mark regulations, patents, writers and sui generis databases.

Personal Information

Consulting the Site and its pages does not require any personal registration by you. However, in certain cases (newsletter subscription, etc.) you could be asked to leave your personal details (postal address, email address..) Respect of the Legislation

These elements come under the legislation which protects copyright. Consequently, no licence or any other copyright except that of consulting the information is conferred on anyone with regard to the rights of intellectual property.

The law applicable is French Law.

Attribution of jurisdiction

For any litigation, jurisdiction is exclusively attributed to the courts within the competence of the Cour d'Appel of Paris (Paris Court of Appeal).
