Oscar Tuazon: Water School is the first catalogue of a series of four that narrates the complete story of Water School, a physical space created to connect people through the medium of water. Conceived as an artist’s book, Oscar Tuazon: Water School focuses on the birth of the project with Steve and Holly Baer’s passive solar Zome House – a house, transformed into a mobile, modular public space and using solar energy. The publication includes extensive textual and visual documentation on the construction, alteration, and development of this architectural pavilion conceived in 2016 by Oscar Tuazon, which culminated with the exhibition Oscar Tuazon: Water School at the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum at Michigan State University in 2019.

Contributions by Steve Baer, Steven L. Bridges, Eva Díaz, Rahel Hartmann Schweizer, Caroline Maniaque-Benton, Jessyca Mathews, Hannes Schwertfeger, Olivier Storz, Piet Vollaard.
Co-published by DoPe Press, Los Angeles, with the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum at Michigan State University on the occasion of the exhibition Oscar Tuazon: Water School (January 26 - August 18, 2019), curated by Steven L. Bridges.
