The Kunsthalle will present a retrospective of Oscar Tuazon’s work from the last ten years to the present day and will thematically address questions about artistic and social existential needs: What is absolutely necessary, indispensable and systemically relevant? What are our essential needs?

What we need is the epilogue of a series of exhibitions produced in collaboration with Bergen Kunsthall (Norway) and Kunst Museum Winterthur (Switzerland). The three projects provide a multifaceted overview of Tuazon’s artistic oeuvre.
