Reactivated for the Ulysses project, luminous neon signs spell out these few words, "Strangers everywhere", in 20 different languages. The work, installed in the public space in Bouilladisse reaches its complete meaning in this area, although rural, which has received different communities working in the mines.  This project shall be complemented by commissioned texts written by authors, philosophers and other individuals concerned by this issue. The theme of Ulysses serves as the main impetus for the entirety of the libraries and multimedia sections with an activity focused on writing and reading workshops destined for a young public.
