Heimo Zobernig presents a selection of productions and editions including five metallic shelves and three silkscreen prints in three combinations of colors and paper qualities (black/white/silver). They are composed of horizontal lines and the words SELF SHELF EDITION, such as “self-edition”, “self-shelf”, “edition-shelf”. These “crosswords” could be the title of this exhibition: objects produced, edited and exhibited, like their production system.

Heimo Zobernig deconstructs and simplifies the historical references to modernism and minimalism associated with his work. He shifts them to the spheres of design and graphics.
