Galerie Chantal Crousel congratulates Melik Ohanian on receiving the 2019 Visarte Price for his installation Les Réverbères de la Mémoire (2010-2018) presented at Parc Trembley in Geneva, Switzerland.

Melik Ohanian, through his highly political work of nine different-shaped street lamps, has created a modern form of remembrance of the Armenian Genocide, and has brought to a successful conclusion the public debate over many years on this subject.
