The National Pavilion of The Republic of Armenia won the Golden Lion of 56th Venice Biennale. Melik Ohanian's work Streetlights of Memory — A Stand by Memorial, 2010 / 2015 is part of the exhibition Armenity/Hayoutioun Contemporary artists from the Armenian Diaspora on view at Isola di San Lazzaro until October 18, 2015.
