Abraham Cruzvillegas has called colleagues to propose ideas for art works that would be made under instructions, appealing to the freedom of interpretation, attempting to recognize the possibility of renaming reality through sharing, risking together and playing with language so to create knowledge no matter how. Another crucial part of the project is to make art using no money, but time and energy.
After a great performance evening during the opening last December, the exhibition is Re-activate on Friday, January 11th at 7 pm, with a preaching contest between Wendy Cabreras letter addressing a Suprematist sculpture and Michelle Hernandez Vega’s poem of an urban landscape read by Amy Maga and Abraham Cruzvillegas in a frank open tête-à-tête reading war.
