Fabrice Gygi's new solo exhibition, Une longue vacance, will be presented at the Palais de l’Athénée on the occasion of the Prix de la Société des Arts de Genève / Visuals Arts / 7th edition 2021, awarded to him. Fabrice Gygi is a major figure among the Swiss artists of his generation. Throughout the course of his nomadic artistic journey, his experiments with different media have led to a constant renewal of his approach.

This award includes a publication by Editions Macula. Ubique fabrica is rather an artist's book than an exhibition catalogue or an art monograph. It was conceived with Fabrice Gygi around the theme of the artist studio. The Latin title means “the studio is everywhere”.
