The Art Centre, Silpakorn University presents 'Somewhere Only I Know' by Udomsak Krisanamis. This exhibition invites the audience to a new experience of Krisanamis's artworks, variety in forms and styles; some have never been exhibited before.

Udomsak Krisanamis is famous for his one-of-a-kind mixed media painting that features ordinary, familiar and meaningful objects, such as wood, plastic, fabric, newspaper, food, colour and found objects. These objects collect the artist's memory and are sources of inspiration to the artist. Born in 1966, Krisanamis graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Chulalongkorn University and a Master's Degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago before moving and residing in New York during the mid-1990s. His works are outstanding for their form and conceptual idea, in which his abstract works are infiltrated and connected to stories surrounding him.
